The goal of our program is to equip participants with life skills & self-confidence.

There is no swimsuit competition, no make-up is allowed for girls ages 12 and under, having a talent is not required, and no experience is necessary, as all training is provided prior to the pageant.

FAQ
Here are some FAQs about the open call.
What is an open call?
The open call is an information session where you will come and hear all about the National American Miss Pageant. Our program is a lot different from the stereotypical pageant, so we like to have people come meet us, see some video and hear about the pageant.
What do I wear to an open call?
You will want to dress up a little, something snappy casual. Something you might wear to church, picture day at school, or job interview. You do not need a gown for the Open Call. The Open Call is the information session about the state pageant that will take place later this summer.
What will I do at the open call?
While at the open call, you will watch a short presentation about the pageant (30-45 mins), you will receive information about the pageant that you can take home, fill out an application and sit with one of our staff people for a brief interview.
Does my parent/guadian have to attend the open call?
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must attend with you and will be with you throughout the open call process. If you are over 18, you are still welcome to bring your squad.
How much does the open call cost?
The open call is a free event. We offer open calls for people who may interested in our program. In the modeling industry, they call this a "go-see".
How can I sign up my other sisters/daughters?
You can use this from to sign them up. If you have an inviation number, they can also use that same invitation number.
Is any previous pageant experience required?
Each area of competition is covered thoroughly in our workshop and reviewed again on pageant weekend during the rehearsals, so no previous experience is required. Each contestant will receive full training for all of the overall competitions.
